Williams was first raised by her father who was a Brooklyn firefighter. Later, she was raised by her mother (who lived in Tribeca Manhattan) after the divorce of her parents when she was a young girl. Her junior high school was within Chinatown New York high school located in Chelsea as well as Nazareth College in Rochester NY. Angel Williams is a 16-year veteran manicurist who has never ever been content with just regular nail polish.
